Nelson Climbing Areas
Brief Description:
There are three climbing area in and around the town of Nelson. Kootenay Crag is rated between 5.11 and 5.13 by the rock climbing grading system. Hall Siding offers 12 different routes. And for the extreme climbers, a canoe trip down to the Grohman Narrows provides for some of the most reclusive and challenging climbs in the area.
